Pacific County is located in the southwest corner of Washington State and borders Oregon to the south and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The county consists of several islands as well as a few mainland areas. The county seat and largest city is South Bend. Pacific County offers many recreational activities including fishing, surfing, kayaking, bird watching, as well as camping at Willapa Bay National Wildlife Refuge and Leadbetter Point State Park. The population was estimated to be 21,611 as of 2020.
