Living in Mount Olivet, KY is a truly unique experience. The small town charm of the area provides a sense of community and belonging that larger cities can't quite replicate. There are plenty of outdoor activities to take part in such as fishing and kayaking on Cave Run Lake, hiking along the nature trails at Carter Caves State Park, and exploring the majestic limestone formations at Red River Gorge. There’s also plentiful opportunities for shopping, dining out and entertainment with many local shops and eateries located throughout the Main Street district. While living in Mount Olivet may not offer the same luxuries as larger cities might have, it more than makes up for it with its beautiful scenery and friendly atmosphere.
